Self-Perception, Self-Development Concerns and Strategies Used By Young Mangement Professionals

I compared men and women on the self-perception, self-development concerns for their future leadership roles, and strategies used to deal with obstacles to further their career growth and leadership aspirations using qualitative methodology. Sample consisted of 15 male and 15 female management professionals (25–30-year-old) in leading companies in India.
