The Role of Anger Management in Improving the Cardiac Coherence: A Laboratory Study

This research explores whether anger management could improve cardiac coherence after anger induction. Participants were divided into drawing, reappraisal, and control group. Cardiac coherence was measured before, during the anger induction, and after anger management strategies (drawing or reappraisal). Cardiac coherence was improved for the drawing and reappraisal groups.
