Abstract
This cross-sectional survey study investigates the correlation between parental stress and children's internalizing and externalizing behaviors. In 2023, forty children, ages four to five, and their parents participated in the American Northwest. Multiple regression results show that parental stress is more strongly correlated with children's internalizing behaviors than externalizing behaviors.
