Unveiling the Psycap Dynamics Among College Teachers

This research proposal aims to explore factors contributing to Psychological Capital among college teachers. Building on both Luthans et al.’s work (2007) and the Job Demands-Resources Model (Bakker & Demerouti, 2007; Demerouti et al., 2001), it aims to investigate work environment nuances and their influence on well-being and job performance.
