Abstract

We used diffusion tensor imaging data from 938 adults with genetic data and focused on white matter structural connectivity. We found that polygenetic scores of dyslexia susceptibilities and phonological awareness were associated with brain connectivity, and educational years moderated the associations between polygenetic scores of word/nonword reading and brain connectivity.
