Abstract

System thinking seems to support complex problem-solving (CPS). We explored the potential of game analytics to measure system thinking objectively. We found no correlation between online measures of information seeking in a game-based simulation of CPS and performance, prompting further research in translating game-analytics into system thinking indicators.
