Abstract

We investigated prognostic and prescriptive factors in adults with severely low positive affect, depression or anxiety receiving treatment targeting reward (PAT) or treat (NAT) sensitivity. Initial severity and educational status are prognostic of more favorable treatment benefits; NAT was superior for highly anxious individuals,  PAT was superior for non-Hispanic individuals.
