Abstract

This study examines college students’ attitudes and experiences with rest and break periods. Results show students value rest as important to their productivity, but struggle with guilt and intrusive worries about unfinished work during rest periods, potentially reducing the efficiency of rest periods but identifying new areas for intervention.
