Compassion Fatigue, Compassion Satisfaction, and Burnout Among Filipino Frontline Workers in the First Wave of COVID-19 Pandemic

The study involved 86.84% medical and 13.16% non-medical frontline workers during the early phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. It investigated the compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction and burnout in the conduct of their duties. It concluded that their burnout impacted compassion satisfaction and fatigue in working with COVID-19 patients.
