Abstract

This research synthesises psycho-social behavioral models with features of the built environment to holistically examine barriers hindering the adoption of environmentally sustainable actions to cope with urban heat in the tropics. It aims to elucidate the complexity impeding pro-environmental behavior and provide crucial insights for climate change research and adaptation.
