The Duality of Academic Fear of Missing out: Impact on Academic Mental Health and Behavioral Motivation

We introduced a new construct of academic fear of missing out, developed and validated the measurement tool through three studies among high school students. Additionally, we differentiated academic FoMO from similar constructs and focused on its impact on academic mental health and behavior. It expands the academic aspect of FoMO.
