Abstract
We examined the impact of team changes, including member or leader transitions, on proactive behavior using two-wave survey data from employees in Japanese companies. The results of moderated mediation analysis revealed significant influences on the relationship between proactive behavior (voice) and its antecedents (psychological safety and customer orientation).
