Abstract

Much research has examined how strongly specific female behaviors are perceived to indicate sexual willingness. Relatively unaddressed is how strongly male behaviors are perceived as sexually coercive. Participants (327) rated the sexual coerciveness of each of 50 male behaviors in various dating contexts. Ratings varied significantly between behaviors and contexts.
