Abstract

I interviewed fifteen refugee healthcare providers in Jordan about the human right to healthcare and the quality of refugee healthcare in their country. Participants expressed cognitive dissonance over ideal healthcare standards versus practical limitations. These interviews provide insight into coping methods used by healthcare providers during inherently conflictual scenarios.
