Influence of First-Year Rumination and Reflection of Childcare and Elementary School Teachers on Compassion Fatigue in the Second Year

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the first year's rumination and reflection of child care and elementary school teachers on compassion fatigue in the second year. The results suggest that the higher the rumination of the first year of caregivers and elementary school teachers, the higher the later compassion fatigue.
