Abstract
Tendency to retaliate to perceived workplace inequity threatens worker mental health, well-being, and safety. Understanding the nature, impetus, and intensity of retaliative tendencies would enable organizations to develop proactive interventions. This study describes the development of a measure to assess tendency to retaliate against supervisor versus organization in work settings.
