Perceived Stress Mediating the Association of Positive Affect and Depressive Symptoms and Anxiety Symptoms Among Chinese Healthcare Workers with Varying Family Caregiving Burdens: A Multi-Group SEM with Latent Response Variable Mediation Analysis.

This study conducting in 664 healthcare workers during COVID-19 found that the associations between positive affect and depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms were mediated by perceived stress. It also explored the different relationships among healthcare workers under different family caregiving burdens using multi-group SEM with latent response variable method.
