Abstract
Moderated mediation and moderation path analyses revealed that ADHD, peer rejection (PR), and rejection sensitivity (RS) predicted higher depression, anxiety, and stress. ADHD predicted more PR and higher RS. Self-compassion differentially influences the impact of PR and RS on depression, anxiety, and stress in emerging adults with and without ADHD.
