Multitasking and Memory Performance: A Moderation Analysis of Personality Traits

Studies have found mixed associations between multitasking and cognitive performance. This study aims to investigate whether personality traits moderate the relationship between multitasking and memory retention. Research can provide an understanding for educators and learners on this relationship and help identify possible optimal learning environments in the future.
