Abstract

This study examines the impact of birding and outdoor activities on mental health among Morehouse College students during COVID-19. Utilizing thematic analysis of focus group discussions, findings reveal significant benefits in stress relief and emotional resilience, highlighting the importance of accessible outdoor engagement in student mental health frameworks.
