The Role of Moral Disengagement and Anti-Bullying Norms in the Victimization-Aggression Link in a Cross-National Sample

Investigated moral disengagement (MD) as mediator and anti-bullying class norms as moderator in the victimization-aggression link in a sample of American and South Korean adolescents. MD significantly mediated in both samples for both overt and relational victimization/aggression links. Norms were a paradoxical risk factor in the overt model for Americans.
