Abstract

Existing research readily acknowledges the negative impacts of Dark Triad traits in the workplace with limited knowledge for prosocial traits (e.g., Light Triad, Honesty-Humility). The present proposal seeks to address the moderating impact of Light Triad, Dark Triad, and Honesty-Humility on epistemic curiosity predicting creative and psychomotor performance.
