Age Differences in Hedonic Adaptation to Societal Restrictions during COVID-19

This study examined age group differences (N = 10,509 participants, 33 countries) in hedonic adaptation trajectories of high- and low-arousal positive and negative affect during the severe societal restrictions that governments implemented to contain the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic (12 weekly assessments during March through June 2020).
