Training for Gender Justice in Psychology: An Intersectional Perspective Using Liberation Psychology

Gender-based violence (GBV) is a global pandemic disproportionately impacting BIPOC and TGNC communities. We present strategies rooted in theory and research to address GBV in these communities by establishing training objectives, providing skills for supervisors and mentors to cultivate culturally-responsive trainees, and offering interventions that target individual and structural change.
