Abstract
We measured levels of relational satisfaction among 88 autistic individuals by organizing participants based on the partner's neurotype. ASD/ASD dyads demonstrated the highest levels of relationship satisfaction. The results indicated that overall romantic relationship satisfaction is influenced by the presence, or absence, of shared experiences related to being autistic.
