Abstract
In a sample of 126 MENA identifying participants, our findings revealed that discrimination is associated with lower levels of psychological well-being through its impact on sleep-related impairment and sleep disturbance. Immediate intervention for the effects of discrimination may include improving behavioral aspects of health, such as practicing better sleep hygiene.
