Abstract
202 participants (Mage = 22.47; 49% female) completed a high-calorie go/no-go task, inhibiting responses towards high-calorie food images while ERP data were recorded. Neither N2 nor P3 difference amplitudes were correlated with YFAS scores (which measures food addiction), suggesting no detectable relationship between food addiction and food-related inhibitory control.
