From Wellness to Worry: The Dangers of Eating Too Healthy

Abstract
Orthorexia nervosa (ON) is influenced by individual and social factors. We tested the role of eating attitudes, self-efficacy and social supported in a double moderated regression model predicting risk for ON. Results partially supported our hypotheses and provided insight into the role of these factors in predicting ON symptoms.
