Abstract

Perseverative negative thinking and mindful nonjudging partially mediated the threat appraisal – stress relationship, but loneliness and resources did not, both in first and continuing generation college students and in Spring and Fall 2020, across the COVID-19 Pandemic. These findings could inform targeted interventions to decrease stress in undergraduates.
