Abstract
We examined associations between vividness of visual imagery and autobiographical memory narratives generated in response to low- vs. high-imageability cues in 44 participants (30 females; Mage = 19). Participants with high visual vividness produced more specific and elaborate memory narratives compared to participants with low vividness; irrespective of cue imageability.
