Abstract
This study explores the effects of Written Exposure Therapy(WET) on posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms in veterans with PTSD in a residential substance use treatment program. Results indicate significant reductions in PTSD and depressive symptoms, suggesting WET can be a valuable approach for this population.
