Associations between Parental Divorce, Social Capital, and Young Male Adults’ Psychological Well-Being – Perspectives from Switzerland

Abstract
We investigated the associations between parental divorce, social capital, and psychological well-being of young male adults from Switzerland. Data came from the CHX survey consisting of 7689 male adults. Mediation results indicated that those with divorced parents had less dense and less transitive networks and in turn more psychological distress.
