Abstract

This study delves into the connection between vacation activities and well-being, focusing on understanding what types of activities are most beneficial. Activities with others (i.e., social activities) were most associated with feeling like the vacation was a real break (r = 0.263) and also with heightened happiness (r = 0.305).
