Abstract
We assessed social resource availability and quality through self-report, informant-report, and experience sampling in young and cognitively diverse older adults. Young adults had higher social resource availability, whereas older adults had higher social resource quality. Emotional well-being was most strongly linked to social resources in cognitively normal older adults.
