Practitioner Multicultural Self-Efficacy Scale- a Reliable Scale to be Used with Clinicians

We adapted a measure of multicultural self-efficacy for use with broader clinicians. There were 199 participants and the reliability was a = .91. Behavioral health clinicians/students endorsed adequate ratings of multicultural self-efficacy. Multicultural desires predicted lower PMCSES endorsements. Multicultural experiences predicted higher PMCSES endorsements.
