Abstract

While current literature has evidenced the influence of social support (SS) on life satisfaction (LS), the reciprocal relationship remains understudied, despite extant theoretical support and opportunities for sustained LS. Bidirectional associations between SS and LS among 8,449 middle-aged and older adults in Singapore were examined, revealing a reciprocal influence.
