Associations of Social Anxiety and Depression with Alcohol Variables in College Students

This study explored the associations among social anxiety, depression, and alcohol outcomes. The interaction between social anxiety and depression was not significantly associated with alcohol variables. Social anxiety was not significantly associated with any of the alcohol variables examined, but depression was positively associated only with adverse alcohol consequences.
