Abstract

While existing studies highlight neurodivergent individuals’ deficits, the proposed study focuses on neurodivergent graduate trainees' perspectives of abilities, aiming to uncover strengths overlooked in academia. We aim to inform inclusive practices and academic policies, and move the field toward seeing neurodivergent individuals for their potential to contribute to academic excellence.
