Effects of Vicarious Ethnic/Racial Discrimination on Imposter Syndrome for BLACK and Latiné College Students at a Private Predominantly White Institution

Using survey data from a sample of Black and Latiné college students attending a PWI, this study investigated the relationship between vicarious ERD and imposter syndrome, considering rumination as a moderator. Results suggested that vicarious ERD was positively associated with imposter syndrome. This association did not differ across rumination levels.
