Abstract

Gaming disorders pose a higher risk for autistic adolescents. Our study, based on the ABCD study with 5,000 teens, reveals a significant correlation between high autistic symptoms and gaming disorders. Impulsivity emerges as the most significant risk factor, providing valuable insights for developing treatments and interventions to address gaming addiction.
