Abstract

We developed scales to measure people´s momentary goals, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in their romantic relationships. In two studies (pooled N = 356), participants completed five daily assessments over ten days. Multilevel confirmatory factor analyses (MCFA) demonstrated excellent reliabilities. Validity was confirmed with trait correlations and multivariate MCFAs.
