Abstract

Infants and toddlers integrate visual and auditory information to learn language, but there is variation across toddlers' multisensory integration and attention skills. Here, we report a fine-grained analysis of 24 -month-olds’ matching of audiovisual synchronous events across low versus high competition conditions, non-social and social conditions, and change over time.
