Abstract

We developed a measure of “Quit Quitting.” Quit Quitting is a work attitude where employees engage in minimum task behaviors to avoid being terminated. The participants were 406 students attending a northeastern state university. Using multiple regression, the best predictors were perceived organizational support, consciousness, and perceptions of work characteristics.
