Examining How Laws Banning DEI Initiatives at Universities Impact Students of Colors Sense of Belonging

The study investigates how laws banning DEI initiatives impact racial minority students' sense of belonging. In an online experimental design, participants (n=800) will be randomly assigned to read an article that their university will keep (or ban) current DEI initiatives.
