Sense of Belonging for International Students, Transfer Students, and Domestic Students during the Summer before College from 2018 to 2020.

We studied the expected sense of belonging and feelings of incoming college students across pre- to post-COVID years (N = ~40,000). We did not find evidence of a negative COVID-19 impact. International students had more positive expectations than their domestic counterparts, while transfer students reported higher confidence than non-transfer students.
