Abstract
Individual differences in learning outcomes related to remote and face-to-face classes were explored considering both student satisfaction and learning effectiveness, alongside personality traits (Big Five) for Japanese students. Students with high conscientiousness preferred remote classes, finding them more effective for learning, while those with high extraversion and openness expressed dissatisfaction.
