Abstract

Three waves of data from Korean employees supported a mediation model explaining the effects of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) activities on employees’ entrepreneurial behaviors. The ESG management activities of organizations fostered organization-based psychological ownership among employees, subsequently leading to enhanced entrepreneurial behaviors, characterized by innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking.
