Abstract

Longitudinal analyses of Canadian children’s media habit revel a developmental feedback loop between attention-deficit/hyperactivity (ADHD) symptoms and video game consumption. Symptoms at ages 6 and 7 years predicts more hours of gaming at ages 7 and 8 which, in turn, predict symptoms at age 10.
