Abstract
This study examined the bidirectional relationship between sleep quality and alcohol craving longitudinally in a sample of adults receiving treatment for alcohol use disorder. Results indicated that sleep quality and alcohol craving were associated with each other at each timepoint, and baseline sleep quality predicted alcohol craving 30 days later.
