Abstract

This study examined the effects of family supportive supervisor behaviors (FSSBs) on organizational citizenship behaviors toward other individuals (OCB-Is), and the moderating effects of work-family enrichment. Data were collected from 350 Koreans married dual-income employees who had an immediate supervisor. Work-family enrichment enhanced the positive relationships between FSSBs and OCB-Is.
